Mike White wins at a delightful Bromborough and states his claim for a trip to Iceland in 2024

In 2nd place was Martin France (Lymm) 76+76 who arrived back from this years ESGA Championships in Portugal in the early hours of Day 1.Taking 3rd place OCB was Mark Kingsley (Bramall) with 80+74 pipping  Alex Fau-Goodwin (Wychwood Park) 75+79 and Stephen Hughes (Stockport) 73+81. In the S/Snrs category Ashley Brewer (Denham) 81+77 made an instant impact and welcome return from illness to beat David Nelson 78+80 OCB. In the Masters division Hugh Purvis (Long Ashton)77+84 took the 1st prize and 250pts which may help him return to Poland next year for the S/Snrs and Master ESGA Championships.

For those wondering why the PCC remained static on both days we congratulate Mark Hyam (Boyce Hill) for winning the Nett Prize with 68+72 beating Jeremy Platt (East Berks) by 2 shots.

An excellent test of Golf in very good condition and thank you to Geoff Berry and all the staff for looking after us so well. Well worth revisiting and next we travel to Huddersfield GC for another first time for the UKSeniors. Enjoy
