Glyn Rees puts on a Masterful display at Royal Blackheath to take gold
In what was an experimental meeting specifically for Super Senior (65-69 yrs) & Master (70+ yrs) golfers in the UK Senior Golf Association, 80 entrants played over 36 holes on a quality Royal Blackheath course. Day 1, saw Glyn Rees leading both divisions with a masterful 1 under par round and maintaining that form as he saw off the younger Super Seniors by a single shot at the end of two gruellingly hot days.
