Brian Evans letter to the team:
Gentlemen,
It is a popular phrase this season to say, "On behalf of the President, Committee and Members, we offer our congratulations on defending the Championship so stoutly."
The 'fight-back' on the last day was a performance by a TEAM, and your Captain - Howard Moxon, lead from the front and is now a worthy Masters Champion.
It was disappointing that the Handicap Team could not repeat last years performance, nevertheless, again - it was a good team effort.
Once again - well done.
Sunny Regards,
Brian Evans
